Your team
The personal analyst and the daily email brief have been permanently discontinued. No more deliveries will be sent, and there is nothing you need to cancel.
Airline Intelligence is a personal, non-commercial research project. Running a research agent for every subscriber every morning is not something I can keep funding, so I would rather stop it cleanly than let it quietly degrade.
Everything on the site stays free and online — the news feed, quarterly financials, deep dives and comparisons, every figure still carrying its source.
What it used to do
For a short while, anyone could assemble their own team of AI agents to cover the airline sector for them:
Write a plain-English standing brief — “watch Southwest’s route changes and unit costs”, or “track ULCC pricing across the Atlantic” — and an Opus-class research agent adopted it as its beat.
Every morning, at the hour and timezone you chose, the agent went out, read the day’s filings, trade press and market moves, and emailed back a tailored digest — news, stock and fuel moves, the numbers that mattered to your brief.
The same multi-agent pipeline that runs this site did the work: a cheap watcher agent scanning for what changed, a smarter analyst writing it up — every figure linked to the public filing it came from. No black boxes.
In just 8 days — the entire life of this feature — 20 people signed up, 15 subscribed to a briefing, and 7wrote their own agent’s standing brief. Thank you — I’ve learnt a lot.
